Woodruff’s First Report From Pyongyang

On his team’s first day in Pyongyang, ABC’s Bob Woodruff reported that North Korea wants the U.S. to back away from some of its more heated rhetoric.

“Very few journalists are allowed into this country Charlie, we have not had much time on the ground yet,” Woodruff told anchor Charlie Gibson tonight. “But I can share with you some initial impressions. It’s not easy to get here even from Beijing, North Korea’s closest ally. There are only two flights a week, every Tuesday and Saturday.” More…
