Rush & Molloy report: “NBC stars Matt Lauer and Al Roker ventured into ABC territory Tuesday for former colleague Elizabeth Vargas‘ baby shower. ABC News President David Westin held the Brook Club fete for the “20/20” anchor and her songwriter husband, Marc Cohn. Nearly stealing the scene was Bob Woodruff, who donned a suit and tie for the first time since sustaining critical injuries in Iraq last January. A source tells us, “He looked as handsome as ever.'”
Tipsters say Woodruff was in the ABC newsroom on Tuesday and Thursday, “hanging out and helping out…”
