This is CNN correspondent, and recent edition to the TSA Watch List, Drew Griffin. Why was he added to the list? Maybe it has something to do with his recent reporting about TSA. Griffin was brought up during a congressional hearing today, when Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee questioned Homeland Security secretary Michael Chertoff about the inclusion.
Said Lee: “We understand that a new member is on the watch list. Drew Griffin of CNN. And, my question is, why would Drew Griffin’s name go on the watch list, post his investigation of TSA? What a curious, and interesting, and troubling phenomenon. What is the basis of this sudden recognition that Drew Griffin is a terrorist?”
