We reported back in March that Across America with Carol Costello would be a two-hour weekday program (11 a.m. – 1 p.m.) on HLN, and was supposed to launch in late April.
“Our enhanced line-up puts HLN in the best position to succeed, further fulfills our viewer promise to provide a comprehensive look at the news in a fast-paced approachable tone, and drives the strongest lead-up to fringe and prime,” HLN boss Ken Jautz said in a note to staff, that had been obtained by TVNewser.
Across America has still yet to launch.
What’s going on with Costello, you ask? Well, after months of being off the air, we are now hearing that her program may launch in late August. We will let you know when we receive more details.
