What Russia’s Foreign Minister Said That Made Christiane Amanpour Lose It

Now that she’s based in London, we haven’t seen much of Christiane Amanpour on CNN U.S. But yesterday she got a sit-down with Russia’s foreign minister Sergey Lavrov in Moscow. They talked about the fighting and humanitarian issues in Syria, the hacking of Democratic party campaign leaders’ emails and Amanpour deftly brought up the Donald Trump/Billy Bush tape, connecting Russia’s Pussy Riot, to Trump’s “Pussy riot moment.” The normally sober CNN correspondent lost it.
