What It’s Like Inside An Intimate Media Dinner with Pres. Trump

Local reporters from TV stations around the country got a 24 hour heads up that they were going to have dinner with Pres. Trump earlier this week.

The White House reached out to several stations ahead of the president’s address to Congress Tuesday as a way to reach voters who supported Trump. At the dinner Monday night, anchors and reporters from markets including Boston, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Des Moines, Toledo, Lexington, and Tampa dined with Donald and Melania Trump as well as chief of staff Reince Priebus.
