War: “Living History” On MSNBC Monday

By Brian

MSNBC is advertising Monday, March 19 as a “living history event.”

The net’s coverage of the fourth anniversary of the beginning of the Iraq war will air all day. It will include “interviews and analysis as well as video footage of the dramatic air campaign that was widely referred to as ‘shock and awe.'”

The coverage will try to answer these questions, as stated in the press release: “What were most Americans thinking and feeling at that time? What was the mood among the U.S. military troops? What did the President tell us? What intelligence led to our involvement in the war and why did Congress ultimately vote to go to war?”
