“Voyeuristic Appeal” Of Primetime

“We are a nation of gawkers. And ABC News tapped into that universal proclivity for rubbernecking to the tune of nearly 9 million viewers for last week’s ‘Primetime: The Outsiders,’ which featured a report from John Quinones on Arizona polygamists,” NYDN’s Marisa Guthrie says.

Last week’s show “gave ABC its best rating on Tuesday at 9 p.m. since November.”
