Fox Business Network’s “Varney & Co” earned its first ever single-day ratings sweep over CNBC.

Stuart Varney‘s show, which celebrated a one-year anniversary last week, brought in 164K total viewers and 50K viewers in the key A25-54 demo on Feb. 25. These totals are an +108% over CNBC’s 11amET-1pmET timeslot, which averaged 24K viewers.

In the 11amET hour on Wednesday, Varney averaged 177K total viewers and 52K in the demo, compared to CNBC’s “Squawk Alley” which pulled in 144K total viewers and 23K in the demo. The 12pmET hour was also won by Varney, with 151K total viewers and 47K in the demo, compared to CNBC’s “Fast Money Half Time Report” which had 144K total viewers and 25K in the demo.
