The Ailes Apprentice Program, created by Fox News co-founder and chairman Roger Ailes in 2003, recruits and develops diverse talent at Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network. The 8th class will be graduating this fall bringing the total number of graduates to 34.

Many have gone on to reporting jobs across the country, including Bryan Llenas who is a reporter for Foxnewslatino.com, Tisha Lewis, a reporter at Chicago’s Fox O&O WFLD and Chelsea Washington who reports for WRIC in Richmond, Virginia.
