TVNewser NFL Survivor Pool: Week 2 Results

CNN’s John Berman might have won Celebrity Jeopardy, but he won’t win the TVNewser NFL Survivor Pool.

Week 2 of the NFL Season was absolutely brutal for our TVNewser NFL Survivor Pool. It’s down to CNBC’s Sara Eisen and FBN’s Blake Burman after 15 people have already been eliminated. Eisen correctly picked the Arizona Cardinals and Burman advanced with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

CNN’s John Berman was the only participant to select the Baltimore Ravens – a strategy that didn’t pay off. Berman is eliminated as the Ravens lost 37-33 to the Oakland Raiders.

The New Orleans Saints knocked out Bill Hemmer, Brian Sullivan, Todd Bonin, Matt Quayle and myself by losing 26-19 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Adweek’s Lisa Granatstein (Miami) and CBS News’ broadcast graphics duo Greg Bracco (Tennessee) and Scott Blass (St. Louis) have also been eliminated. The title will come down to Eisen and Burman in what could be the quickest survivor pool in history.
