Trump Tweets Video Of Him Body-Slamming CNN; CNN Responds

By Chris Ariens

This morning, President Trump tweeted a doctored video from one of his real appearances during a pay-per-view WWE match. In the video, from 2007, Trump body-slams WWE chief Vince McMahon.

In the doctored video, McMahon’s face is replaced with a CNN logo. The president tweeted it out using a new moniker for the network #FraudNewsCNN.

CNN responded calling it “juvenile behavior” and accusing Deputy White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders of lying about the president’s behavior.

“It is a sad day when the President of the United States encourages violence against reporters,” a spokesperson said. “Clearly, Sarah Huckabee Sanders lied when she said the President had never done so. Instead of preparing for his overseas trip, his first meeting with Vladimir Putin, ‎dealing with North Korea and working on his health care bill, he is instead involved in juvenile behavior far below the dignity of his office. We will keep doing our jobs. He should start doing his.”

Here’s the original video from 2007, the irony being Vince McMahon’s wife, Linda, is now in Trump’s cabinet.
