Starting Sunday, “This Week with Christiane Amanpour” is going international. The program will be televised across the globe on BBC World, the BBC’s international 24-hour news channel. The network is available in 295 million homes, and 1.7 million hotel rooms.
The timing is perfect, as Amanpour’s guest this week will be former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair.
The international syndication also gives Amanpour the global reach that she had when she was at CNN. Amanpour’s eponymous CNN program aired during the week on CNNI.
