With world leaders in New York for the U.N. General Assembly and the Clinton Global Initiative happening at the same time, TV news anchors have been busy getting gets.

  • CBS’s Charlie Rose got the first interview with new Egyptian president Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and tonight he speaks with the President of Iran, Hassan Rouhani.
  • NBC’s Brian Williams interviewed British P.M. David Cameron about the ISIS threat and the Scottish vote.
  • CBS’s Scott Pelley talked with Jordan’s King Abdullah II on Sunday, portions of which were used in his “60 Minutes” story on the threat of ISIS.
  • CNN’s Christiane Amanpour interviewed Iraq’s new prime minister Haider al-Abadi and tomorrow she will interview President Rouhani of Iran
  • Bill Clinton is making the rounds. He spoke with CNBC’s Beck Quick and ABC’s George Stephanopoulos yesterday, and tonight CNN’s Erin Burnett hosts a town hall meeting with the 42nd president at 9pmET.
  • Yahoo’s Bianna Golodryga and Bloomberg’s Trish Regan interviewed World Bank President Jim Yong Kim on Monday.
  • Bloomberg’s Erik Schatzker interviewed Mexican president Enrique Pena Nieto and Colombian president Juan Manuel Santos.
  • Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski interviewed Secy. of State John Kerryon “Morning Joe” on Monday, and Amanpour talked with him this morning on “New Day” following new airstrikes in Syria last night.
  • “FOX & Friends” interviewed former British PM Tony Blair yesterday on European involvement in  the airstrikes in Syria.
  • Yahoo’s Katie Couric talked with Attorney General Eric Holder in what might be one of his last sit-down interviews as AG.
  • FNC’s Martha MacCallum interviews former First Lady Laura Bush tomorrow to discuss the First Ladies Initiative.
