> The New York Times’ Brian Stelter writes about the new FBN day time schedule, effective today. Some notable changes: new anchor Brian Sullivan is slotted for two hours (from 10-NoonET) with Dagen McDowell and two new programs, titled “Countdown to the Closing Bell,” and, “Fox Business Bulls & Bears,” will be anchored by Liz Claman (at 3pmET) and Claman and David Asman (at 4pmET).

> ABCNews.com launches the first part in their special web sieres “A Global Scandal: Black Market Babies,” today. ABC News correspondents will report from China, India, Guatemala and Vietnam for the series.

> CNBC’s Fast Money is hitting the road — the program will broadcast from Chicago on Friday. Guests scheduled for the broadcast include Terry Duffy, Executive Chairman of CME Group and Playboy CEO Christie Hefner.
