Rita Cosby is down 52% from her Monday premiere, and Joe Scarborough has the #1 show on MSNBC again. The Situation Room scratched in the 25-54 demo at 4pm. FNC was above the 2.5 million viewer mark all night, and Greta Van Susteren was #1 when the fugitive capture story broke. Every show in CNBC’s primetime scratched. Numbers:
