The Real is a one-hour, daily talk show hosted by Tamar Braxton, Tamera Mowry-Housley, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Adrienne Bailon, airing on the Fox Television Stations and in national syndication.

“I can’t wait to begin working with the powerhouse women of The Real,” Miskowiec said. “I look forward to building on the strong foundation established in season one.”

In addition to GMA, Miskowiec was previously ep of The Tyra Banks Show for five seasons and was ep of Katie Couric‘s syndicated talk show. She began her producing career on The Ricki Lake Show, where she worked her way up to senior supervising producer over eight seasons.

Simone Swink is now the senior broadcast producer of GMA’s 8 a.m. hour, while Miskowiec succeeds SallyAnn Salsano as ep of The Real.
