The only networks covering the State of the Union address, out of more than a dozen that are taking the speech, to use a lower third are Fox Business Network and Bloomberg. But it’s not the typical ticker — flashing on the bottom of the screen are the future market figures, flashing Nasdaq, Dow, S&P and the Oil and Gold price. As President Bush speaks, viewers can see how the markets change in real-time. So far during the hour? Markets down slightly across the board.
