By A.J. Katz

In recent years, Fox News has turned a reliable participant in the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure.

The company joined the festivities once again this year.

Fox Business anchor and personal finance reporter Gerri Willis led a team of more than 70 FNC and FBN employees in this year’s race, held yesterday, to find a cure for one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers in the U.S., according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The Fox News/FBN team made the list for top five fundraising donors, reaching nearly $40,000 in funds (as of publication time). Donations to the fight against breast cancer are being matched by Fox Corp.

Bank of America is presently No. 1, raising more than $84,000 at time of publication.
