Fox News Channel’s chief meteorologist Rick Reichmuth rappelled down a 22-story building with New York Yankees GM Brian Cashman Friday.

It’s actually a Fox & Friends annual tradition. This is the 7th year they’ve rappelled down the 350-foot tall office building in Stamford, CT. “It doesn’t get any easier, it doesn’t get any better, it doesn’t feel any better,” said Reichmuth as he made his descent live on Fox & Friends.

The real reason they do it is to test the ropes for Santa and his elves, who will make the descent as part of Stamford’s Heights & Lights ceremony tomorrow.
