“Terror Attack” Or “Device Explosion?”

Inside Cable News has a summary of early-morning coverage of the consulate explosions. CNN had the story first, followed by MSNBC; FNC was relatively late to the coverage, an e-mailer says. (Can anyone confirm?) At 11:30am, the FOXNews.com headline is “NYC Terror Attack.” CNN.com’s headline is more appropriate: “Devices explode near British Consulate in NYC.”
