Tamron Hall Opens Up About Her Guilt Surrounding Sister’s Domestic Violence

By Jordan Chariton

While putting a spotlight on domestic violence this morning, “Today’s” Tamron Hall opened up about her own connection to the issue.

During a discussion with several women who’ve been victims of domestic violence, Hall revealed the guilt she feels over her sister’s experience. “I got frustrated because I felt like she wasn’t listening, and I carry that guilt every day that as a family member I didn’t know what to do.” Hall’s sister, Renate, was murdered in 2004. The case has gone officially unsolved. Hall writes more on Today.com: “I have felt guilty for so long that I didn’t do more to help my sister.”
