While NBC’s “Meet the Press” retained its first place rank in Total Viewers last Sunday, CBS’ “Face the Nation” was #1 in the A25-54 demo. “CBS Sunday Morning,” which had a segment on Paul Shaffer featuring David Letterman, which was taped before his extortion explanation, was the lead-in to “Face.” “Sunday Morning” had its best A25-54 viewership since last April.
