Sunday Show Ratings: November 20

By Alex Weprin

CBS’ “Face the Nation with Bob Schieffer” continues to keep the Sunday morning public affairs show race a tight one. On November 20, the program finished a very close second to longtime ratings leader “Meet the Press with David Gregory” in both total and demo viewers.

As was the case the previous week, ABC’s “This Week with Christiane Amanpour” placed third in both categories, with ‘Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace” and Univision’s “Al Punto con Jorge Ramos”  trading off for fourth and fifth place in total and demo viewers.

In total viewers, only “This Week” was up compared to the same week last year, while in the key adults 25-54 demo “This Week,” “Al Punto” and “Fox News Sunday” were up compared to last year. “Face the Nation” was essentially flat, while “Meet the Press” was down.
