“Meet the Press” was the number one public affairs show last Sunday, despite being on hours earlier in the nation’s #1 market, due to the New York City marathon.
#2 ABC’s “This Week” narrowed the Total Viewer gap with “Meet” by 64% versus the same week last year, the 35th time this year that’s happened.
And while criticized by some, the FOX News Sunday interview with Rush Limbaugh was a big draw. The FOX broadcast and FOX News replays brought in a combined 3.89M Total Viewers. The combined “Meet the Press” airings on NBC and MSNBC gave that show 3.32M Total Viewers.
