With Libya the big story, NBC’s “Meet the Press” was once again the top Sunday morning public affairs program March 20.
“MTP” was up significantly from last week, when Japan was the top story and CBS’ “Face the Nation” won in both total viewers and the demo (Chuck Todd was in for David Gregory that week). This week “Face the Nation” placed second in both total viewers and the demo, while ABC’s “This Week” placed third. Both programs were down compared to last week. “Fox News Sunday” placed fourth among the broadcasts.
On cable replays “Fox News Sunday” added 3.13M total viewers and 579k demo viewers
