Sunday Show Ratings: June 1

ABC’s “This Week” was the top-rated Sunday public affairs show on June 1, winning in both ratings measurements for the first time since April 27. CBS’ “Face the Nation” was second in total viewers and NBC’s “Meet the Press” was second in the A25-54 demographic.

Compared to the same week last year, “This Week” showed significant growth and was the only show to be up in both ratings measurements, +50% in total viewers and +73% in the A25-54 demo. “Meet the Press” was -5% in total viewers and +15% in the demo and “Fox News Sunday” was +5% and -%5, respectively. “Face the Nation” and Univision’s “Al Punto” are down across the board.

Cable replays of “Fox News Sunday” averaged a combined 1,732,000 total viewers and 322,000 A25-54 viewers. Rebroadcasts of “Meet the Press” delivered an additional 951,000 total viewers and 420,000 demo viewers.

“Face the Nation” is based on the first half-hour only, as the full contiguous hour aired in just 67% of the country.
