CBS’s Face the Nation with John Dickerson won the Sunday show ratings race on July 30 in total audience, while NBC’s Meet the Press with Chuck Todd remained in the top spot among adults 25-54.
FTN posted a -1 percent loss in total viewers and held steady in the key A25-54 demo versus July 31, 2016. FTN finished No. 2 in the demo.
MTP posted a -5 percent decline in total viewers and a -13 percent decline in the demo from this Sunday last year. MTP finished No. 2 in total viewers.
ABC’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos finished finished No. 3 in total viewers and in third in the A25-54 demo, only behind CBS by 2,000 viewers from the demo. The program was -9 percent in total viewers and -7 percent in the demo from last year, an episode with the Khan Gold Star family.
Fox News Sunday hosted by Chris Wallace held steady in total viewers and actually posted +13 percent growth in the demo from last year. The trio of cable replays combined for 2.63 million total viewers and 520,000 from the A25-54 demo. Combined with the original FOX broadcast, the July 30 edition of FNS hauled in 4 million total viewers and 966,000 A25-54 viewers.
