
ABC’s “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” was the top-rated public affairs program among the key A25-54 demo for the second-straight week on Feb 1. However, CBS’ “Face the Nation” finished first in total viewers.
“This Week” was down -2% in total viewers but up +22% in the demo, compared to the same day last year. “Face the Nation” was up +17% in viewers and +19% in the demo. NBC’s “Meet the Press” finished second in the demo up +16% but third in total viewers, down -2%. “Face the Nation,” “This Week” and “Meet the Press” all reached over one million viewers in the demo.
“Fox News Sunday” was +4% in viewers and stagnant in the demo, while combining with cable replays for 3.3M million viewers. Replays on FNC averaged a combined 1.83 million total viewers and 348,000 in the demo.
“Face the Nation” is based on the first half-hour only, as the full contiguous hour aired in just 75% of the country.
