“Squawk Box” Live from Capitol Hill

By kevin

Tomorrow morning, CNBC’s “Squawk Box” will broadcast a Capitol Hill “showdown” live from the Senate Energy and National Resources Committee Hearing Room, which we believe is over in the Dirksen building. Sure, a Senate office building is not exactly poolside in Miami Beach, but the location means “Squawk Box” hosts can speak directly with Senators about health care and the economy.

Right now the Democrats lined up include Senators Kent Conrad (D-ND), Jack Reed (D-RI), and Jeff Bingaman (D-NM). For the GOP, it’s Senators Judd Gregg (R-NH), Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX), and Lamar Alexander (R-TN). The special “Squawk in Session” airs 6amET-9amET.
