Amy Listerman joins Fox News Channel as chief financial officer replacing Mark Kranz who retired in the wake of Roger Ailes‘ departure last year. Kranz had been with the network since 1997.

Listerman joins from Scripps where she was CFO and svp of Advertising Sales. She oversaw revenue and cost management of the roughly $2 billion advertising sales division. Fox News is also seeking a new ad sales chief as Paul Rittenberg departs later this month.
Listerman also joins as the network faces an advertiser backlash related to Fox News’s biggest show. Following a report that the network and its biggest star Bill O’Reilly paid more than $13 million to settle 5 harassment suits, brands began pulling out of sponsoring The O’Reilly Factor. To date, more than 60 advertisers have said they don’t want their spots airing during O’Reilly’s show, though the network says that ad time has been scattered to other Fox News programs.

Before Scripps, which she joined in 2012, Listerman spent 11 years in ad sales strategy and business development roles at NBC Universal.
