Scottie Nell Hughes Shares Storybook Video to Celebrate New Role at CNN

By Mark Joyella

Donald Trump supporter Scottie Nell Hughes has announced her new status as a CNN contributor with an announcement–and video–on Twitter.

“YUGE anncm 4 me today as 25yrs of hard work & study paid off,” she writes. “It all started w/ @piersmorgan @CNN #CNN #honored.”

The tweet includes a video of Hughes’ career on camera in a storybook theme, telling the tale of a “girl who loved to talk” who got her big break as part of a CNN Guns in America town hall with Piers Morgan, and then “after proving her dedication” she became a CNN contributor. The video includes credits at the end, naming Jeff Zucker the director and including the hashtag Making Dreams Great Again.
