A few e-mailers have been wondering: Which weekend media-on-media show is more popular, CNN’s Reliable Sources or FNC’s Fox News Watch? The answer, unsurprisingly, is News Watch. This past weekend, FNC’s Eric Burns delivered 946,000 total viewers, and 349,000 in the 25-54 demo. On CNN, Media heavyweight Howard Kurtz attracted 401,000 total viewers, and 129,000 in the demo.
Fox News Watch airs Saturday evening, while Reliable Sources airs Sunday morning. The Fox News Watch repeat at 11:30pm Saturday delivered 596,000, also beating Kurtz. “Given there’s been no shortage of good material lately, it’s surprising that Reliable Sources doesn’t do better,” an insider said…
