Ryan Seacrest Accuser Says She Was Unbooked From Megyn Kelly’s Show

The woman who accuses Ryan Seacrest of sexual harassment says she was ready to tell her story to Megyn Kelly, but that the show canceled the interview days before it was supposed to air.

Suzie Hardy told DailyMail.com she was supposed to be on Megyn Kelly Today March 19.

“Everything was set, my attorney and I were going to be on a plane to New York City, the pre-interview was supposed to be Friday and the taping that following Monday. But the morning of our flight, they called my lawyer and abruptly canceled,” Hardy told DailyMail.com. “No explanation was given.”

A show source tells us a flight was not booked and that Today, as happens on all shows, often talk to potential guests, but then choose not to book them.

But Hardy believes its Seacrest’s ties to NBC that led to the cancellation. Seacrest has longterm deals with NBCU network E! He is managing editor of E! News, hosts E!’s red carpet, and is an executive producer on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Kelly has not been quiet about covering cases of sexual misconduct. From talking about her own experiences, to interviewing one of Matt Lauer’s accusers, to covering the Seacrest story when it broke.

Seacrest and Kelly are on-air competitors, as her show airs against LIVE with Kelly and Ryan in many TV markets.
