Tim Russert was to be back at 30 Rock today, to accept a Lifetime Achievement award from Syracuse U.’s Newhouse School. The award will be presented posthumously during the Mirror Awards ceremony at the Rainbow Room.

Also at today’s ceremony, CNN’s David Bohrman will accept the i-3 award for impact, innovation and influence for the CNN/YouTube debates. TVNewser will be at the luncheon and report back this afternoon. Until then, blogging will be slow, if at all.
