RTCA Dinner Tonight — Who’s Going?

By SteveK

TVNewser has left the fishbowl of New York for the fishbowl of DC for the next couple days, as we are attending the Radio and Television Correspondents Association Dinner tonight. We’ll have full coverage and photos later.

But the real interest comes from who sits in the audience (and on the dais). Although there likely won’t be a second act for “MC Rove,” maybe there’ll be an MC Cheney? The VP will be in attendance.

Fox News has a line up that Politico’s Anne Schroeder calls “a slew of ‘potential’ GOP veep candidates.” Some of FNC’s guests include Sen. Joe Lieberman, Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee, Gov. Haley Barbour, Tom Ridge, Gov. Mark Sanford and Sen. John Cornyn. They’ll be joined by FNC talent like Shepard Smith and FNC CEO Roger Ailes.

Sens. Lindsey Graham and Olympia Snowe and Attorney General Michael Mukasey join CBS’ Bob Schieffer at their table.

Other talent will include NBC’s Brian Williams, Tim Russert and Andrea Mitchell and CNN’s Gloria Borger, Ed Henry and Dana Bash.
