“Ronan Farrow Daily” has landed big interviews while in Paris covering the aftermath of the Charlie Hebdo attacks. Farrow spoke with Jeanette Bougrab, girlfriend of the former Charlie Hebdo editor Stefane Charbonnier, who was killed in the attacks.
Farrow will also sit down with Caroline Fourest, a journalist and former Charlie Hebdo writer who is working on putting together the paper’s new issue, which is scheduled to hit newsstands today.
Both interviews will air today at 1 pm ET.
UPDATE: The Independent has more on a family dispute unfolding in the midst of the tragedy: that Jeanette Bougrab is the girlfriend, not the widow as MSNBC described her, of Charbonnier. In fact, Charbonnier’s family has ordered her to stay away from his funeral and denied the two were in a committed relationship. Bougrab addressed the controversy in her interview with Farrow. Farrow also responded on Twitter.
Charb fam & friends say Jeannette Bougrab not his partner but she showed dozens of videos of them as couple & her daughter calling him dad.
