Robin Roberts Cheers on Mississippi State After Thrilling OT Win Over Undefeated UCONN

After their stunning win over UCONN last night, GMA’s Robin Roberts made a surprise visit to the winning locker room of the Mississippi State women’s basketball team.

Until last night, the University of Connecticut women had not lost a game since the fall of 2014–a 111-game winning streak. The Huskies lost 66-64 in overtime in the Women’s Final Four.

Mississippi native Roberts, who played college basketball at Southern Louisiana University, was at the game in Dallas and talked to the team after their win.
