FNC’s Shep Smith and his crew helped firefighters get to rescue scenes in Texas today.
“For the longest time their emergency responder vehicles, all of their of their fire trucks, were on a ship. But they put it there so that in case there was a great flood they would have fire trucks after. The wind is still very strong, there is seawater in the air and they weren’t able to get those trucks off until just about an hour and a half ago…So when there was an emergency this morning, our crews and I took them to the emergency.”
