Rita: Miles O’Brien Rescues Dog

“9:40 a.m. Saturday — Miles O’Brien just rescued a dog on camera in Lumberton, Texas. Looks like a golden retriever. The dog was in a portable kennel (not sure what it’s called) that had been left in an outbuilding; the outbuilding seems to have collapsed on top of the kennel. The dog is wet and scared but not hurt, apparently. O’Brien was alerted to the dog’s plight by a woman resident (?) who had heard him yelping. Very heartwarming little scene.”
