NBC News chief foreign correspondent Richard Engel was a guest on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” last night, and the very serious topic of discussion was President Obama’s withdrawal plan for Afghanistan, as well as other Middle East news.
Engel told Leno “It is probably time to end the global war on terrorism,” before movign on to a discussion of NATO intervention in Libya.
