Eric Gargiulo of Phillyburbs.com notes that on Morning Joe yesterday the team was discussing the historical impact of Sen. Barack Obama’s victory of clinching the Democratic nomination for president.
Anchor Mika Brzezinski described her, “producer for the 9am hour,” as someone who is an “African American woman,” and she says her producer, “heard on the radio that Barack Obama was moments away from clinching this and tears came to her eyes, because for her, this is an incredible moment.”
A legitimate reaction, but one to be broadcast on air? Any producers from CNN or Fox News get emotional over that moment?
