President Barack Obama was back in the Windy City earlier this week, primarily to give a lecture at the University of Chicago Law School, where he taught constitutional law for a dozen years. After the session, the president taped an interview with Chris Wallace, the host of Fox News Sunday. It will be Mr. Obama’s first appearance on the program since becoming president.
