CNN anchor Poppy Harlow gave birth to her second child, a boy named Luca James Babcic. Luca came into the world early Tuesday morning weighing 9 pounds.
Harlow and her husband Sinisa Babcic also have a 22-month old daughter named Sienna.
Harlow tweeted out the news Wednesday afternoon.
