FNC’s Bret Baier joined CBS This Morning to talk up his new book Three Days in January: Dwight Eisenhower’s Final Mission, out today. There book is about the transition from Presidents Eisenhower to Kennedy and its parallel to the upcoming transition of power between Pres. Obama and Pres.-elect Trump. Gayle King also got in a question about Megyn Kelly‘s move to NBC News.

“I’m really happy for her, Gayle. I know it was a tough decision for her and I know she did it for her family,” Baier said.

Baier is also hosting a week of 2-hour Special Reports this week before Martha MacCallum anchors a new 7 p.m. show next week called The First 100 Days.
