MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann jumped to the defense of Eric Burns, host of Fox News Watch, who TVNewser confirmed on Friday would not be continuing with the show after his contributor agreement was not renewed. Handing the award of “Worst Person in the World” to FNC President Roger Ailes, Olbermann said Burns upheld the spirit of “fair and balanced.”
“And I speak as someone that the show slapped around a couple of weeks ago,” he said. “But what the hell. It was a good show, it was a fair show, and Burns made it an entertaining show.”
