MSNBC PR is restructuring its team: Tanya Hayre is joining the cabler as director of media relations and Lauren Skowronski has been promoted to director of media relations. Skowronski had been senior manager of communications at MSNBC, while Hayre was most recently at Fox News. Both will report to Jeremy Gaines, VP of communications. PRNewser has the story.
