Nightline Tops Letterman During DNC

For the seventeenth week this season, ABC’s Nightline outperformed CBS’ Late Show with David Letterman in the A25-54 demo and for the twelfth time in Total Viewers. The wins are for the week of Aug. 25, during coverage from the DNC.

Nightline grew week-to-week, as did Letterman. Year-to-year, Nightline is up 8% in both categories while Letterman and first place Tonight Show with Jay Leno declined in both categories.
