Like a red carpet at a Hollywood awards show, TV news correspondents are lined up at the entrance to Statuary Hall right now doing interviews ahead of the Inauguration lunch and, later, parade.
On ABC, Martha Raddatz interviewed outgoing Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta while just to her right, NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell (who you can see in the bottom left of the ABC shot) interviewed former Pres. Jimmy Carter.
