NBC’s Two O’Donnell’s: Kelly To White House, Norah To MSNBC

Quoting the press release: “Norah O’Donnell has been named chief Washington correspondent for NBC News’ 24-hour cable channel, MSNBC. In addition, O’Donnell has been named a contributing correspondent for NBC’s top-rated Today.” The assignment is effective immediately.

Quoting the other press release: “Kelly O’Donnell has been named White House correspondent for NBC, effective immediately,” replacing Norah. “O’Donnell will join NBC News’ Chief White House correspondent David Gregory in covering the Bush/Cheney administration, reporting for Today, as well as for NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, MSNBC and all other NBC News programs.”
